Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your FirFir account at any time.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open FirFir and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Account Settings → Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

If you can't access the app

Email info@firfirapp.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Your profile details, photos and location
Your matches, messages, channel and event posts
Your BFF chats and notes
Your subscription records and push notification token

Data that may be retained

Security server logs (IP address, request time) are deleted automatically after a limited period. Store purchase records are kept by Apple and Google under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your store settings.
