FAQ
- How do I cancel Premium? On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. In the app, Profile → Premium → "Manage subscription" opens the same page.
- How do I restore a purchase? Profile → Premium → "Restore purchases".
- How do I block or report someone? Use "Block" / "Report" from the menu on their profile, in a chat or on a channel message.
- I don't want to appear on the map: turn off the market switch on the Map screen; while it is off nobody can see you on the map.
- Is BFF a real person? No. BFF is an AI friend. You can see and delete what it remembers in the BFF → Notes tab.
- How do I delete my account? See the account deletion page.
